I ran the title through Google TL for the title. Personally, I’d translate it something like “I dare you to exterminate my whole clan” or something like “Exterminate my whole clan if you can”. It’s basically got the impression that anyone with the ability should exterminate the MC’s whole clan, because his clan is a villain in the story.
Anyway, the writing style isn’t my preferred type (especially the start), but the MC seemed pretty upbeat so I continued to read through it. Later, on the writing style seemed to get a bit better and the reader realises that maybe the MC isn’t as cheerful or upbeat as he is, but is actually very depressed and helpless about his fate (sob). Poor kid.
The mind-reading part was not really that important to the story I feel. MC doesn’t ever realise his thoughts are read.
Conclusion
It’s pretty short, the plot details are pretty shallow, and well, it’s worth reading if you want to squeeze out a couple of bitter crocodile tears at the end. I personally thought this one was overall okay, but I imagine MC’s personality at the start (likes to laugh a lot) won’t be very likeable for most until the craziness/death-seeking personality sets in. Also, the romance line is tiny, but cute enough.
